Moja Polenergia (MOD) 1.3.4

Moja Polenergia is a solution of the Electronic Customer Service Office type, which you can find here in the form of a mobile application. In the first stage, the tool was prepared for customers of Polenergia Dystrybucja from the segment of households and sole proprietorships authorized to settle electricity in G1x tariff groups.

Moja Polenergia is an application that gives you access to the most important information related to the contract or contracts you have concluded with Polenergia Dystrybucja.

Thanks to the application you can also:

- view the details of all your contracts;

- view information about upcoming payments and all issued invoices;

- pay quickly and safely for single invoices or collectively for several invoices thanks to the basket payment service;

- receive notifications min. about a new invoice or an upcoming payment date;

- quickly contact the Customer Service Office using dedicated numbers;

- view your electricity consumption and compare it with the previous year

- find the nearest customer service point and check information on opening hours and its address;

- receive messages from Polenergia Dystrybucja about important matters directly in the application,

- quickly settle your basic matters related to updating data.

To log in to the application, you just need to register in a very simple way. All you have to do is enter your login (email address) and password, payer number (found on the invoice) and optionally your phone number.
